These guys look like Monk Parakeets. I saw them in the Brazilian pantanal. In the wild they nest in the bottom
of Jabiru Stork nests. They live in huge colonies.

nice capture, where the center bird has one eye looking at you, it appears the bottom one is looking at you and saying, "look, a human is taking our photo guys!
