Oh look, isnt it a sweetie! You are so good at birds Gerry! I can never seem to get one in focus to my satisfaction even if its sitting still! i think i panic and try and do everything too quickly before it flys away so your birds always impress me!
Jerry, beautiful shot. Good job on getting the bird unobstructed by branches and twigs and such. Nice color and clarity in this as well. I also like your placement of the bird in the photo.
Awsome shot Jerry. You have managed to get incredible detail, colour and depth of field control all put together in a very well composed image. VERY WELL DONE ! ! ! ! ! !
Thanks for sharing, Don
Hey there Mister Madman, wat'cha know that I don't know
Tell me some crazy stories, let me know who runs this show
Glassy-eyed and laughing, he turns and walks away
Tell me what made you that way
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Hi Jerry, this is a superb study of yet another common American backyard bird which we never have seen in Britain. Lovely detail and composition. What with yours and Gregg's posts I'm building up quite a good refernce collection for when I visit the States.
Cheers,
Steve.

Hi Jerry, it's me Gregg, this is a very good capture of the Titmouse in it's natural habitat. most of mine are staged. You got him nicely centered on that branch which also provides a nice frame. Very well done.
Your bird pics are glorious too. You choose such gorgeous subjects and then you capture them with such supurb clarity. You obviously have a great love of nature Gerry and it seems to favour you as well:)
