I took this photograph on January the 16th when the river Frome still had breached banks in Bristol, and the UK remained on high flood alert, trust me householders on the flood plains were very nervous !! .. The duck pond had spilt its banks too, and most of the waterfowl had taken to the swollen river, or flooded sports field. .. To cut a long story short my waterfowl friends were exploiting the situation. :o) fair play to them !!

I just hate dirty cutlery !! A mistreated dog should try to leave a deposit on their masters best carpet, after all it's important to establish who's boss ... My gallery is here.
A classic example of, "Lovely weather for ducks!" This is a great natural shot of the ducks, Phil, making the best of a bad job for humans and a good job for waterfowl.
