I wish I had such "oldies"... Congratulations on this macro, pin sharp details, and the flowers in the background provide the final touch for the composition but do not steal the show. A very suitable frame completes this splendid capture.

What an amazing photo!!! I dearly love Dogwood trees, and this closeup is one of the best I've ever seen!! I do canvas paintings, and I would love to paint this one if it's ok with you. It's just perfect to be able to see every line on the flower. This was on the opening page of caedes today and it's the first time I've seen your work.Wish you'd come post a few more photos!.
