Really nice photo. If only stones could talk and tell us how so many different ones happened to be at this place when you happened by with your camera....

Great shot and an interesting Desktop Background. The composition is practically perfect, with the sole exception that I think I might have removed the orange leaf between the two orange stones, as it draws the eye a bit too much to that area and colour. But this is a nitpicky point; I'd still give this shot very high marks if it came up in the VB for me.

I much appreciate all the comments I receive about my images, but please excuse me if I don't always reply. My interest in Caedes is exceeding my time available!

I love the sharp orange colors. I agree about the leaf, but it might have taken away the natural feel of the pic, but i do have to mention, it kind of makes me feel like you were on top of your head when you took it; only because of the fact that the bottom of the pic is has a slight blurr to it. I do like how clear the rest of it is, and black was an excellent way to border the picture, it offered a good medium. Not too much.

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??

I wonder if these stones were sometimes in water...they look so clean! I just love pictures like these...pictures of ordinary things that a sharp photographer sees and shows me what I have been missing right under my feet (literally in this case).

This is such an interesting picture. I think rocks are so pretty, and I really love the colors in this. Very nice shot, and I like the border around the edge too.

Best wide-angle lens? Two steps backward. Look for the 'ah-ha'. Ernest Haas

I absolutely love it! The colors, the texture, the lighting and the wetness on the rocks is wonderful! Did you have to go Macro to get the focus?
Very nice shot, well done!
