I really like the depth of field you've chosen here, it suits the photo well. The detail level is very nice too. I think I would run away too if someone was taking photos of me while I was out lounging in the sun!

Neat capture Herman. I am not too fond of these guys particulary, but I can admire their pictures just fine! The color is amazing...I don't belive I have ever seen a lizard with this orangish color. Great detail, high quality and clarity too. Your lighting is great and accenuates the color and detail to an even greater extent. Downloaded into my favorites folder on my harddrive. Great shot, the only thing i could think of that would improve it is something you have absolutly no control over. It would be nice to see the lizard turn his head for the picture. But of couse that is nitpicking an outstanding image. Nice work, and im off to see what else your gallery has to offer.

Great shot. I love lizard shots and know how fats the run when the camare goes. You really made this guy stand out. Very well done.
