This image was taken at Koh Phi Phi, Thailand in August 2004. My wife and I went there on the advice of a friend. We arrived there after a bus ride and boat ride from Phuket. I was ready to hurt my friend back in Winnipeg, as when we arrived, we were ready for a nice beach, only to find there was no water! We later found out it was low tide when we arrived, and all was beautiful and relaxing once we knew. Anyways, I took this image at low tide while wandering around the dried-up bay. I don't have an underwater digital camera, so this one was taken from above the surface. Koh Phi Phi was completely destroyed by the tsunami only four months later.
