I really like the way you've captured this. What a shame the fountain wasn't turned on and spewing water. Good work.

A lovely capture of the fountain and nice presentation. Good clarity and details in the shot with some lovely colours. I like the way you've framed it. Good job and tanks for sharing.

In order to discover who you are, first learn who everybody else is; you're what's left.

ive always liked that "looking thru the keyhole" aspect of photos! and yes, I was thinking that when I was taking the pic, man no water!!

I very much like this shot, great subject, (even without the water) and great set up for the shot. Excellent colors and I like the way the entire photo centers the eye and holds it right on the lion's face. Well done! The only thing I can suggest is for the shot to be corrected so that the "keyhole" is equally balanced on all sides, rather than tilted ever so slightly. If that were the case, it would almost seem like some sort of neat architecture framing the courtyard beyond. Besides that nitpicky little detail, very good shot!

Kathy - I like the framing of the fountain through the iron fence (?) - very creative. Thad

If I could tell the story in words, I wouldn't need to lug around a camera. ~Lewis Hine
