Taken July 02, 2015 while on my walk on Whitefish Island next to the Rapids of St. Mary's. These 2 fisherman are walking this wall that's rather narrow (4.5m/18in) wide. I don't think I'd do that unless the rapids are not so big, but of course I'd get wet. Here's a posting of the rapids up close Fast & Dangerous, you can see the wall these fellow are on.

The fishing is wonderful up here, the Atlantic Salmon will be coming soon and the Steelheads now are huge. My son can tell you all about the fish here, he's been giving tours for fisherman from out of town. So if ever you want to know some fabulous spots, my son can help on that.

Brought out more detail in Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and downsized it using iPiccy.com to downsize.

My friends I want to Thank You in Advance for your time and comments, really appreciate them.

Have a beautiful day, ♥ Skates

Be back after dinner to post my 2nd image. Enjoy

I KNOW I wouldn't do that. I recently walked a breakwater, and that was probably four feet wide, and I STILL was a little nervous. Excellent shot of these guys and their surroundings, Pat.

You've caught the action of the water so well here Pat. Walking on water is a neat trick if you can pull it off!

Very nice shot of the rapids and the fishermen. Safe as long as you don't stumble and fall!

Those rapids look inviting for Kayaks, Pat. A lovely setting with the dark blue water and blue sky.
