We have a resident Cougar that passes through our property every so often. This is where he hangs out while visiting. Such a beautiful creature. We've only seen him twice in the last 10 years but have heard him and observed his culinary skills many times that.

Oh...okay...this is Halloween time, and you're just trying to scare us, right? It certainly looks like cougar country to me!

Really? A cougar you say? Wow, I would be dumbstruck if I ever saw one of those! I wonder what he sounds like. So this is where he likes to hang out. I wonder if there is something in that spot that attracts him, like a plant or a smell or something. Maybe it's just comfy there. lol

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

They are so quiet and beautiful. We’ve only heard his scream twice in 10 years, but believe me Cindy, it give you goose bumps and makes the hair stand up on the back of your neck, and you never forget it…
