We call this a "Sea Holly" but aren't really sure. It turns a deep lavender in late summer before it passes on...

I never planted this, but from photos of it, I'd say that it looks like Sea Holly and I have see it in lavender so maybe it is, because for some reason that name stays with you. I love all the shades of green in here.
