This is a scanned 35mm that I couldn't pass up.
I posterized it just for fun.. Whatever!...
(this time of the year I'm not too happy so the moodiness fits)
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Well, I have to put my two cent's worth in here, cause I think that what others are seeing as "noise" is the posterized effect you've given it, and to me it makes it look like it's encased in ice, or etched on a glass. I'm not in a very good mood right now either so we can grump together!!
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
I agree heading out in the dark cold mornings really does feel like this, as far as I remember - just wish I could still do it. I think I'd appreciate the " I get to do it." -that is - to walk out, on my own two feet & on my own schedule, regardless of dark and cold. I read recently that youth is wasted on the young (I think that they were referring to teenagers in particular) and that we should be born old and go backwards - then we would know how to appreciate so much more. I agree! Great shot , mood and composition.
