Wow this shot is really nice. The deep darks of the background enhance the colors and the quality of this flower dramatically. And since the flower is not alone the red one adds more beauty I think. Good details too.
What a beauty this is my friend. You have good detail of the tulip and of course, the rain adds so much more to the image. I really like the red in the background, it is blurred enough that it is not distracting, yet adds something to the overall image. Excellent lighting also. Another right into my favorites folder on my hard drive. Thanks Jen :~)
This is an absolutely beautiful shot! The clarity is just amazing, and the droplets that the tulip is holding onto is just another reason as to why this is so beautiful!
There's an old saying in Tennessee -- I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee -- that says, fool me once, shame on -- shame on you. Fool me -- you can't get fooled again. (groan)
Hi Jennifer, I just saw this on the front page, and I was about to leave my home, I feasted my eyes on this tremendous pleasure! How simply stiking this image is! The most beautiful white tulip, decorated by the orange touch of color, is eye-catching indeed and I love it! I love flowers and am especially fond of roses, but this tulip really touches my heart with it's beauty! It is masterfully captured by you Jennifer and to you I say many thanks! This image will be housed in my favorites with pleasure! Sincerely, Marilyn
I think this is so pretty. What a great capture with this. The drops still in place and the life in this flower is really beautiful. Tastefully done. High points here!!
My garden is full of them, at least +200 pieces. Just a pity they are all underground!
But your post reminds me of what treasures I may find in the coming spring, and that really cheers me up!
So thanks for this wonderfull capture!
Paul
Yes...this is a very nice picture....there is only one distraction...the red just to the right of flower....other than that a very nice caption...good work!!!!
