i came across this lovely scene in virginia. i thought it to be beautiful as far as content and color. it seemed to be romantic and a bit abstract. enjoy
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

So lush and beautiful with those flowers (at first I thought it was wisteria too but then wondered if it's jacarandas?) hanging down into the beautiful greens. Lovely composition and clarity Jen. Very well done.
Please know that I enjoy your work even though I don't always get to comment. I try to look at (and enjoy) all your new posts and always appreciate the time you take to stop in at my gallery as well. Have a happy day ;) Anita
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

It looks like wisteria to me, so I would suspect that this was once a planted garden or that there was a planted garden nearby. This augments the rather mysterious and wild look here. Well done!
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

Gorgeous! I love all the layers of green, on green, on green. And the barest touch of the wisteria's purple makes for a contrast that just ups the lushness of the whole picture.
