Technically not an insect, but I did not see a "photography->arachnids" category. I don't get the whole Caedes Spider thing, but give me credit for trying!

Clever concept anyway, although the photo is unfocused. The spiders look awesome though.

In my humble opinion.....who cares about perfect focus? sometimes the work and the subject matter are art in itself and perfection. I think this is fantastic!

I've commented on many a single specimen spider image with no after effects whatsoever.A couple hundred hatchlings in one place though, is liable to make me itch all night. Those are wicked looking little creatures. Do you know what species they will eventually be? Now....where's my Benadryl.......
