OK, I have to post this one because there are so many knowledgeable people on Caedes. I'm sure someone can tell me what all the white stuff is on this bee. In fact, I'm sure I'll probably learn more than I ever wanted to know about the pollination process :o) I was pretty happy with how clear the flying bee turned out...just wish I could have frozen his wings better. Thanks in advance...

Great macro, to start out my comment, and to end it, I would say that you caught a bee in the act of scooping up the last of the pollen of the season and that is why he is sporting those yellow spores...just doing his job..as were you !
