The sunset on this particular day was gorgeous, but I really liked how the grass sucks you in on this one.

Jess - The sunset is gorgeous, and the overall lighting helps give the picture depth. I like this shot. How did you keep the horizion straight ? An A+ for creativity. Do more please

Thanks for the comments! It took me a couple shots to get the horizon straight like that - I have quite a few that are noticeably and unattractively crooked, but I kept at it until I got one I liked

Impressive picture here. The ground angle at which this was taken does draw you in. I think the clarity is exceptional and the colors that play against each other sits this picture just perfect. Nice work.

Ephesians 2: 8 & 9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Why did Jesus have to die on the cross if all it took was good works to get to heaven? And if you had to earn salvation it wouldn't be a gift, it would be a wage. And if you had to be good enough to get saved then how do you know when your there?
Your right about the grass sucking me in. great perspective. Your grass has me crouching and peeking about as a field mouse would. What a clever comparison...a field mouse point of view And what a beautiful sky.. Good title. It compliments the composition.
