Sculptures in a park in St.Louis, sorry I cant remember the name of the park. There were many of these dark round sculptures, but i thought this photo was the best becuase of the contrasting white sycamore trees right next to them. The peices in the background make it look like the big circles had just fallen apart there.

I'm not real keen on metal sculptures of the modern genre, but I like these and the inclusion of the smaller ones on the ground in the background as well. You're right about the contrast of the trees and the dark metal of which these are made. lol...almost look as if some giant pirate lost his earrings...perhaps a giant trick or treater? I seriously do like your composition here, all kidding aside :)PJ

I visited this park in St. Louis. I have a few snap shots of the sculptures also but I can't remember the name of the park either. Very nice brings back good memories for me! Thanks!
