The red building reminds me of a icehouse from my childhood.You could drive up to the building and put money in a vending machine type slot and out of the vent would come a huge block of ice.I would have loved to been in that icehouse today with the Temperature at (95F)(35C) in St.Louis.

Well, I'm ready to see some winter compositions. It's 95 here too (southern Louisiana).
Very pleasant scene. I like the log house just as well. The trees display well with their caps of snow gracing each branch. And then the red ice house provides a lovely change in color. Pretty composition and well balanced.

This looks so cool Jojo...pardon the pun ;=)....the spot of red that is the barn stands out nicely against the dusting of snow and the more drab buildings surrounding it. Excellent composition. Thanks for the lovely "cool" photo to stare at in this heat! ;~)

Just what I was looking for. Makes me feel cooler already. This is the best season to capture both log homes and red buildings in. Something makes me think of and old time travelers rest station.
