Okay, so now I have you wondering about the title - eh? Well, believe it not, the pattern in the ornament started off this morning as a thin red vertical line in a 500 px by 500 px document. I applied some filters, changed two layers to green and then I just played with a whole lot more filters and voila - I got this! I liked it (reminded me of a patchwork quilt) so I turned part of it into a Christmas ornament/orb - I've got another variation (with a top and ribbon, but it doesn't look as good). I just adore serendipity!
