Lucky..The geese near my place won't let me near their lake unless I don a feathered suit and maybe somehow convince them I'm also one of them by quacking.. The image is good, but I do think it could be taken from a different angle as the cars are a bit distracting. The goose does look like he's standing guard. Nice shot!
Apart from the cars which are but a minor distraction this image will be my favourite for some time now because I love the bridge - goose - water composition !!!!
Thank you so much, Dan dear !!!!!!
Brilliant shot Dan !. You can be rest assured he doesn't work for peanuts LOL. This is just adorable. Will be in my favs. The clarity is very good on this and the look on that gooses' face is priceless.
Hey there Dan....love the title and your comment.....no pay, you get goosed, right? I also love the way the shadows and the sun are dancing on the bridge. The wood looks so lovely in the sunshine. The gentle curves of the rails are very pleasing to the eye. The cars a bit of a distraction. Maybe one rainy day you could play with cloning them out! :))
Overall, this is a great image with good color, high quality and excellent clarity. Thank you for sharing Mr. Goose with us (and I do imagine it was Mister, to you of course!!!)
LOL! I love it!! The photo itself is out of this world beautiful! And that little goose standing guard is the icing on the cake!! Wonderful and 10/10!!!!
