Interesting lines and colors here. I also like the composition.
I would crop the top of the image a little to get more balance,
only my humble opinion. Creative and nice closeup.

Kim - I like the concept of your photo. Like Susanne, I would suggest cropping the top of the photo; while it has nice depth of field blur, it distracts from the subject, the xylophone bars. The bokeh on the bars is very fine and this would make a very good photo in a panoramic width. Thad

I like your shot of the bars on this instrument, I agree with some of the others about cropping a little off the top. It's a nice close-up.

Personally I wouldn't change a thing. I think the depth of field is right on the money. The colors are wonderful. The detail is sharp and exquisite.

On a side note I have found that if you were to post the PERFECT shot, someone would suggest that you might change this or that. To me this shot has style, and it's your style.
