"If you have a friend worth loving, Love him. Yes, and let him know That you love him, ere life's evening Tinge his brow with sunset glow. Why should good words ne'er be said Of a friend till he is dead?" - Daniel Hoyt
Good morning Karlyn
This image demonstrates the capacity of your eye to judge balance. The heavier shade of the water is counterpoised by the greater expanse of the larger area of lighter toned sky. Nice capture of the rays as they pass over the cloud formations, particularly as they are generally going to the side of the image away from the wavelet (which wavelet, by the way, adds piquant flavour to the image).

Altho the sunset is so very special always, the water here is what I truly enjoy most of all. The drama of the darkness of it, and the movement which you captured so well, are just fantatic. And, once again, the quote is wonderful. Verena
Congrats.
