Such a beautiful scene here. The depth of the mountains and the trees is something I love very much. I live in that kind of country area also. I always love when clouds lay on top of the mountains in that way. So soft so warm. And the quote you have here fits perfectly. Just wonderful. Thank you. Verena

Aahh. Kahlil Gibran. One of my favourites, and so very apt to this image.
You have a definite eye for balance / composition. It runs as a thread through all your images. Not to mention a feel for the moment. The near view is nicely counter-balanced by both the distant view and the solid cloud mass. Interestingly my eye is first drawn to the curly cloud mass in mid-line and slightly to the right, and from there drawn forward from the distant view into the near view; a most interesting manner of conveying a story and an impression, and what makes the quote so very apt.
