Were any rules broken in the filming of this image? lol It is a splendid macro whatever it is.

CITIZENS of our world, check my website for a riveting, informational video that concerns all of you and the future of our globe. You will be flabbergasted, annoyed, distressed, in disbelief, but you will have been made aware of the WARNINGS. See this film. It gets better as it goes along, but will have your attention from the first quote.

Soft & yet stark, the perfect combo. It's a winner as far as I'm concerned !

Both posts today are Masterpieces of delicate photography, Kristof! Roses made me feel sad - Old Age is not pretty in close detail - I should know, LOL! This bud reminded me that flowers bloom in Winter too! Thank you for this elegant Desktop!

Exceptional clarity and lighting...the background I found a little distracting on this one though.

It is not worth an intelligent man's time to be in the majority. By definition, there are already enough people to do that. my images

lol..this macro is so clear you could give it a shave job..lol...I agree with priyanthab that the background could be worked on a litte, but then if you worked on it it might mess up that almost perfect score of 94..so if I were you I'd just bask in the sunlight of your talents and not change a thing..congrats and cheers :)PJ

Stunning clarity, perfect lighting and a great composition in this amazing macro Kristof. The framing is well done, but the background object is a bit distracting. At first glance I didn't notice it because my eye just focused on that fascinating plant.
