It is situated on a spit of land overlooking the L'Etete passage that connects the Passamaquoddy Bay to the Bay of Fundy. The views from the lighthouse are really quite dramatic whether you are watching the ferries run back and forth across the bay, the fishing boats coming and going or if you are just watching the fishereman tend their fish farming pens in the nearby cove. Comments appreciated as always.

A little bit of color on a dank and dreary day. Very clean capture of the lighthouse. The simple fact of the red doors adds just the right amount of pazazz to the composition.. The slight colors popping up among the grass is nice also. Well put together composition.

Very nice shot. Crisp and clean. I don't see many lighthouse pics here. Nice work.

The red trim really stands out against the foggy and misty landscape Ruby. I could spend all day here just relaxing and seeing what the catch of the day was for everyone . A lovely capture indeed.

Great lighthouse. I love lighthouse shots. There are so many wonderful 'tales' about them too. Very clear shot at sundown?
