Gosh this is beautiful country Ruby and you've captured at excellently. What a great view this is and full screen it screams beauty. Thanks for this one, it's awesome.
Can't always give individual thanks but I am so appreciative of everyone's comments and input. I truly enjoy seeing all of your posts and am always happy to see you at My Gallery. Thanks, Anita
It certainly does shimmer, sparkle, sizzle and pops off the page. It's going to make a wonderful desktop and I'm glad you are capturing so much of the beauty of the coast near my neck of the woods, and you just keep on posting as many as you are willing to show us. I've loved every one thus far. Composition seems to be a theme with me tonight, and I have to remark on it here..so those of you who do not want to hear why I love this so much composition-wise..here is your two second warning....
one...
two..
You were thoroughly cautioned..lol.. As I was gazing on this most amazing take it began to dawn on me that not only is the water captivating and for the obvious reasons, but there is a lot of horizontal elements that make up this post from the sky with its cummulus clouds hanging on the tops of the thermals creating horizontal aspects, to the little jut of land on the right in the background, of couse the perfectly preserved horizon with no tilt to the left nor to the right, then once again plunging the eye to the water with its even planes, and dark shadows all in this wonderful horizontal aspect. Then as if to point up all this serenity and composure the little dark green silhouettes of the vertical trees used as a frame along the bottom jar the eye and lead it back into the picture to try to regain that peaceful sense that was created. I truly have enjoyed viewing and commenting on this most wonderful picture :)PJ
What a peaceful, relaxing scene. I swear I can see the sparkles on the water twinkle. This is really unusual in color and presentation. It is a shining example of how something can be beautiful without mad splashes of color. Well done.

It is a wonderful picture and it really doesn't matter where it was taken because where ever it was it was a beautiful day. Thanks for sharing, Karl :o)
