This is just magnificent. It's as tho the swirling lines are imbedded in the finest satin fabric. So soft and so elegant. And I see at least she shapes of two gorgeous stars!...Very very lovely. Verena

Looks to me as though you have created a liquid gold star, Lauren! I especially love the textures and how the colours in the center are reminiscent of the fire often seen in opals! Absolutely beautiful flowing piece! Best of luck in the contest, and I hope you are on your feet again soon! <hugs> :)

There are so many "5" point layers in this excellent work, Lauren. I also sense, maybe incorrectly, a clockwise movement with the large star to a counter clockwise movement of the interior star.
