mt. shasta is so beautiful! i see it a lot too. we can drive around our town and see it from here (dafgrl's my mom). and then my friend's gma lives, like, RIGHT in front of it. =D

Mighty fine picture for such a low rating and short comments. This one came up in the voting booth. It is gorgeous. I have driven by Mt Shasta many a time but the perspective you have chosen here is superb. The foreground is pretty and detailed as well but only prepares the way for the beautiful mountain Thks for capturing this unique view.

Another image that could be in a photography magazine. Such clarity! The foreground makes the Mt. stand out. The drifting clouds and the ones on the Mt. are so soft and help the snow stand out. What can I add..it's beautiful!!
