Wow ... I repeat ... Wow !! The bird is gorgeous, goes without saying Huh ? Oh I said it anyway didn't I ? So I asked myself, "What's so special about this ?" A voice inside my head echoed ( plenty of empty space in there ) "IT'S THE WATERCOLOR STUPID" ... "LIKE DUH !". Guess myself said it all. :o(

The colors that seem not just to pop from the picture but to rage and flow out of the screen like fire so that the viewer has no choice but to see this pic, and to stand in awe. Great placement, spectacular color, great clarity. Simply amazing! Keep it up! And congrats on making it to the home page display!
