Devil's Hopyard, East Haddam, Connecticut - While on a hike in this woodland, the trail ran along a stream that included a water fall and stretches of shallow, slow moving water. With a bright sun, reflections were numerous. Enjoy!

Hello Thad,
The relfection was so good, I really thought at first I was looking up toward the sky. Pretty pool of water in the slow moving stream!

Isn't the current contest "Orange"? -- I'd submit this one if it was mine! Very well done.

Very good idea and perfect implementation!

And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."

I like it very much. Has a captivating optical confusion.

I love the reflections... really an image of two worlds, the one below and the one reflected above... Nice eye for detail, Thad!
