Beautiful shot and comments. I wonder what that would that 12 million would be in 2012 dollars? Not that modern dollars are worth the paper they are printed on.

A good perspective in the photo, Thad. So how much does this place rent out for? I'm looking for a quiet place to spend the summer. Great looking architectural details and a beautiful home.
