This is a night picture of Pamukkale in Turkey which i took on Holiday, this white area in the background is not snow but white rock formation brought about by the waters from 1000s mtrs underground containing calcium, sodium, sulate, magnesium, bicarbonate and carbondioxide. The is the only place in the world this rock formation exists and is 14,000 years old. It was absolutely beautiful and I have some in daylight which i will upload tomorrow. ( sorry to everyone regarding comments I will try catchback tomorrow )

Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference.

Nice capture of the night light and color. If only these rocks could speak, they could tell us allot about history.

Wow. what a glowing photo!! Almost a bit frightening to see the massiveness of all the white. And something so old, that is just breathtaking. What are those two lights at the left? Verena
