Here comes the broken record again . . . noise reduction, noise reduction! NeatImage or Noiseware will make that blue sky as smooth as a baby's behind.

All sea-gulls are a menace?.....I have had my 'battles' with them!
This is a good capture..I wont say it's nice, because of the gull! but the rest is terrific...try it without the bird next time....I suppose the gull is good! clarity is good too!....
