Taken from the Crab Shack restaurant in Newport News, VA, my family and I watched a thunderstorm roll down the river. Unfortunately, I had these powerlines in the way. :( And I took it through a window. :( Yet, I still like this picture - haha!

This is terrific! I think the tower and power lines actually add to the photo. Another example of being at the right place at the right time and having your camera too!

That's a nice dramatic sky and the power lines add to the image by giving an idea of the scale. A cool shot!

i really think that the power lines/tower add to this. i just like the "mood" (dont know quite what word i am looking for) that they creat. such a dramatic sky. love the different blues and the contrast. into my faves, great work! ~abby
