This is a Blue Tongue lizard which is commonly found in Australia. They generally grow to about 30-40cm in length and can make good pets! ;-)

He is so cute. Lizzards are neat. You should try to get a pic of that blue tongue, I would love to see the color blue. Great shot I love it. :-)

My, isn't she fancy?! What a wonderful close shot of this lizard. How lucky of you to get such a close shot. Seems she is curious of you too! If I could wish for one very small thing in regard to this photo, it would be to subdue the glare on the rock behind the lizard's head. But I still love it. Look at those tiny toes!
