A good composition but I'm thinking it was taken at night because of the grain. That usually means some settings are off. Maybe too high of an ISO.

Well since you said you took it at night that settles that part of the story, but I'm not sure if you're telling us that you added the film grain on purpose or it came about because it was a nighttime pic, as Digi suggested..anyway..it's a kewl pic.
