I decided to post this shot taken at night with a 20 second exposure while zooming during the exposure. One thing I find interesting about this shot is how the lights are streaked while the brick walkway is clear. Hope you enjoy it.

I found myself contrasting the beautiful shadows on the brick with the bright lights mid-field (looking right past the bright "stars" between them). I like the brownish sky, which puts it out of contention for things to study here. I kind of think there are two pictures here...the beautiful brick foreground combined with the architectural lines going to the back and the pattern of bright lights and vertical poles. I couldn't tell you what to emphasize, or even if you should. Great photographic site; bet you can express it in a number of ways.

I like the isolated feel of this photo. The soft muted colours
sure add to that feeling too. I also enjoy it when lights form those pretty stars. Very nice photo. Verena
