Oh boy, this is good. I can almost smell the spray from the waterffall. Good framing and spot on focus. You are fortunate that you live in such a photographers paradise. Great work.

I wish I had a location like this near my home where I could go to shoot waterfall pics. I love this. I wonder how it would look at night with the eerie grey moonlight, you know? That way you could slow down the shutter and really let that water smooooooooth out. Alas! It's in a park, and they probably won't let you in at night, eh?
Thought I would drop in for a peek and I was rewarded with this one and a few others. Yes, I would have to agree with the statement that "Marietha performed very well." ;o)
You are starting to garner some attention from some of the heavyweights on the site. And well deserved, I might add. This is a very well-composed and well-balanced image. It's uniqueness to this viewer is particularly striking. Great contrast in the colours present ... and how about that blue sky.
I like how you did achieve the balance with the placement of the foliage on the right with the white of the falls on the left. Your thoughts and efforts show up well in this one. Great natural tones.
Nice work and thanks for being our tour guide to your beautiful part of the world. :o)
So tell me, when I come over (and that's top priority on my list) how many of these wonderful place can you show me when I ring your doorbell?
Ha, ha, just kidding (or you'd better like my children).
But seriously, this is onother winner in your gallery. I realise that it is not just the picture of the falls, the image is enhanced by the knowledge that this is South Africa where (for my perception) nature is wild and unspoiled...
Great work!
