This is fun and quite creative. I have seen plenty of time-lapse shots on this site but I don't think I've come across any of the raving in the dark variety yet, this one seems pretty original. I think the low scores this image will receive are not representative of the unique process by which it was created. If someone thinks it was an exercise in photo-shop finger-painting you can't expect them to vote very highly on it.

Certain images don't quite fit into the random voting process because the viewer gains so much understanding just by knowing how they were created. This is going to be one of those. Also, anything this far from the main-stream is going to have a cult following of people who want to use it as a desktop in the first place.

At any rate, I know you know better than to let the c-index stand in the way of pursuing your expressions so I just wanted to say nice job. Also, that it reminds me more of a horror flick than of stilt fisherman... Especially that top shape. Is the line leading off the right edge of the picture representative of you walking out in front of the camera after starting one of the exposures? :)

all the photos and the waving of the incense stick took place withinabout a 1m from the lens. if u look at the line leading out of the frame the area in the middle of the circle is more in focus than the end leading out, which is closest to the camera. the circulat bit was furthest away. while the others were simply held in front of the lense & blown at to make brighter. there are 3 pics merged into one frame in this picture. :~) thanx for the very supportive comment JT

I like this - the circular composition effectively leads your eye around without losing interest. I also like that you varied the intensities of the "layers" - and that the shapes are all different, especially the one in the lower-left. Very well done, there's nothing I can think to suggest.
