I am usually not much of one for portraits (to many come to close to snapshots for my taste) but this one with the backlighting, the control of DOF, the individual strands of her hair...marvelous. Well done.
Oh, I saw this in the voting booth and I gave it a very high score, which is something I rarely do on people photos. I thought the essence of innocence that we all have for a fleeting time in our life was captured very well.
Please ignore that c index. It's not indicative of how well this photo turned out...IMHO!
