Still rolling along a winding single track sometimes almost within arms reach of brush or stone walls where the track was cut through giant boulders. The many curves along the route prevented anticipating what might suddenly come into view. Here is a pond surrounded with dried marsh grass, but the chorus line of trees behind with a palette of Fall colors caught my eye. The ducks in the pond were an unexpected plus. ( My "Thanks" to Snapshooter87 for some tips to improve this image and hopefully any to come.) Thanks Doug.
