You have the makings of a great shot here. I think I understand what you're trying to do with the foreground flower, but I find it very distracting. Personally I would have climbed on top of that fence on the right and taken the shot thus eliminating the blurry foreground flower and the other ghost images of unfocused stems. Love the focus, the colors and especially that barn. Get rid of the flower and that white board, and you have a keeper.
thanks for your advice, palral, I appreciate your honesty. and thanks, eubeen , I was trying t take a different kind of shot. the field I was standing in had literally hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dandilions. they wee all the same and crouched dwn on the ground, they were impossible to escape!
