We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"
It's a fascinating structure. The central positioning with literally nothing else showing on either side does make it rather static. You might try cropping half the sky and a small part of the right side of the building. As it's symetrical it won't hurt it and adds significant impact.

Bonita arquitectura, en cuanto a la foto, puede mejorar, tal vez con la iluminacion del amanecer o del atardecer (en este caso, la luz cenital no permite apreciar algunos detalles, como la textura) y desde un punto que permita un mejor encuadre.
