White nights in a small village beside Saint-Petersburg: the picture was taken around 2am. The sun never quite goes down, and when the morning fog rises, you get absolutely beautiful effects!

Great first post. Real dreamy. A little bit blurry but that may just be the fog. Good capture. And a Big WELCOME to Caedes.

If 4 out of 5 people SUFFER from diarrhea...does that mean that one enjoys it? Ever wonder about those people who spend $2.00 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backwards: NAÏVE . If lawyers are disbarred and clergymen defrocked, doesn't it follow that electricians can be delighted, musicians denoted, cowboys deranged, models deposed, tree surgeons debarked, and dry cleaners depressed? What hair color do they put on the driver's licenses of bald men?

mr_clough: Well, white nights are usually late May to early July, so it's not all that cold... Then again, it *is* one of the most northern cities of Europe =)

everyone else: Thank you so much for the comments!

Life isn't about the number of breaths you take, it's about the moments that take your breath away.

Beautiful, but too cold for this Texas boy.

This is just lovely! I must confess I have a weakness for the fog. Since I reside even more far north than you do I really know what you mean about white nights :)
