I guess everyone here has to try their hand at a Caedes wallpaper sometime. Here's my dues. :)

I looked at this and said to myself (self) this looks like a Master Khan original. I was right! Nathan this is the best Caedes Wallpaper I've seen . Love it! FYI Master Khan is from the Kung Fu tv show I consider Nathan to be a master at what he does. I am trying to play the roll of Grasshopper in hopes of learning from the best. >)

pretty nice, except for the pixelated edges of the gold.

Agree about the wobbly edges - it caught my eye too. Also, I'm not so sure about the marbled background. Still, it is a nice addition to the Caedes images and another skilled piece of work from you.

Thanks everyone. I did try to smooth out the pixelated edges - but nothing worked that well, other than making the edging thicker - which I didn't want to do. I really appeciate your comments and critiques. If anyone can tell me a better way of anti-aliasing those edges - I'm all ears. :)

the gem inside the spiders legs is like an illusion: it looks like it's there, but when you look closely, the edges seem to fade away
nice job
