This is just awesome! I love the black and white feeling and the pathway with the bit of light is just outstanding!! And the streetlamps give such a mysterious air about it all. You did a fantastic job with this. Verena

Like how the streetlamps are lighten up the wet street, it's given it a mysterious feel to it.

Great job on this one :o)

Anthony - As Els notes, there is a very mysterious tone to this photo with its b/w dark image, seeing only the reflections on the stone streets, lit only by several street lamps. Very well done! Thad

Oooo! I can almost hear the crickets, not to mention some slightly creepy tension music in the background. I expect to see a cloaked and capped man walking down the street, cane in hand, furtive glances thrown over his shoulder to make sure no one follows.
Very well done! Nice mood picture! Keep it up!

I've noticed several comments remark o the B/W. This is actually an unedited color photo, if you notice the green in the background on the trees. The lighting caused the path to look desaturated and this creepy in person, no trickery necessary

I was actually going to say it might make an interesting B/W. I could tell by the blue in the lights it wasn't B/W already.

I'm a big fan of darkness and you use it so well. I like this almost as much as 'phone booth' and 'door 353'. It's got that same sense of tension with a little more color and curve than the others.
