Thanks for the comments. The pic was done entirely in Photoshop 5 with no plugins. It's basically made up of a bunch of different stock filters. I made it at a friend's house while showing him a little bit of what Photoshop can do. It came out so good that I uploaded it right there when I was done. My friend suggested the title. Bonus points to anyone who actually knows what the Electric Mayhem is.
