This is a lovely capture of your dog. It is almost like he is thinking "now where are those seagulls to go and chase"!!
Your use of the saturation has worked really well in this, especially with the sun coming from behind him judging by the shadow. Well done!

it's really good. im guessing you made the alterations in photoshop. the only thing is that he is too centered in my opinion. hes looking to the right, therefore ones attention is taken to the right but theres no where to go. The shot is unbalanced. I like the contrast between the black and white, though.
