Strange ice/snow formation that formed at the bottom of this waterfall (Cucumber Falls). Taken at Ohiopyle State Park, Pennsylvania.

I agree. That's quite odd. It's massive given that the trees are all clear of snow and ice. Good eye for something different.

Wow, this image is really great for me to see, because growing up in awe of my father's '73 Canon manual, I wanted to see his pictures, and one was a beautiful shot of Cucumber Falls, but not in the winter. Through all the ice I can see all of the features from that photograph that he took some 20 years ago, though he took his from the bottom of the falls. I'll have to take a picture of his and post it up here once I get home in a few weeks.
